Aaron Grant has specialized in Real Estate Development, Land Development, and Commercial Real Estate Management over the past 6 years.  Over those years he has acted as General Manager to DJforay Development LLLP which is a family asset management and real estate development company as well as started his own company named Grant Real Estate LLC which focuses on land brokerage, entitlement, commercial leasing, and commercial sales.  He has managed several successful projects included below:

-    Complete renovation and leasing of 2130 Mountain View medical office building
-    Successful analysis and acquisition of the value-add project of a 60 unit apartment complex in Moscow Idaho of which added 20 units
-    Demolition and construction of the three million dollar luxury single family home 357 Madison in Cherry Creek Denver Colorado
-    Complete entitlement, management, and development of 120 acre mixed-used green-field development in Frederick Colorado called Carriage Hills (in progress) which included:
o    Construction of Recreation Facility
o    Horizontal infrastructure development
o    Construction of single family homes ranging from 250k-350k
o    All municipal interface including successful negotiation of Water Deal, reimbursement agreements, negotiations with planning department and Board of Trustees, access permits.
o    Significant experience in construction estimating and take-offs
o    Creation of two Special Taxing Districts
-    Land Focused Grant Real Estate LLC which managed, brokered, and sold over 200 million dollars in land assets
-    Entitlement and interface with Golden West Flour Mill project in Longmont Colorado which is an adaptive reuse project of an old flour mill structure (in progress)

-    Assisted in managing 500 acre golf course community in Berthoud Colorado called Heron Lakes.

Aaron studied at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford Connecticut and went on to college at the University of Colorado where he graduated with a degree in Economics.  He also has a background in investment management through his experience working for Merrill Lynch in Boulder Colorado and Citigroup in New York City Manhattan.  He is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Colorado.  He has significant experience with financial analysis, entitlements, construction, legal interface, civil engineering and drainage analysis, project management, and due diligence research, and banking.  He has a “soup-to-nuts” understanding of the real estate business through his extensive experience and is happy to consult with you regarding any of your real estate needs.
